That's not completely right. A 68060 running a 66 MHz should be able to
satisfy a 33 MHz PCI. The problem may be that in the current Amiga,
everything has to go through a crappy buster.
The Boxer may be something completly different. There are special north
bridge chips that can connect directly to a 68060. That could bring a lot
of speed.
And don't forget that the Boxer may have a PPC that's directly connected
to the bus.
